VENNtrilogie

109 km of hiking pleasure, 6 stages, 3 regions: a great nature experience that every nature hiker should tick off his or her list.

The Venntrilogie is a fantastic long-distance hiking trail created by the East Belgium Tourism Agency. It connects Bütgenbach with the Dreiländereck in Vaals.

You walk through 3 regions:

1. Through the southern Fens region (Bütgenbach-Malmedy) with the blue signs.
2. The green signs lead you through the High Fens (Malmedy-Eupen)
3. In the northern Fens region (Eupen-Dreiländerpunkt Vaals) you follow the grey signs.

Hiked this way, the most challenging stages come at the beginning, you have fewer altimetres to conquer and the hiking adventure ends with the idyllic meadow and hedge landscape of the north.
