You start in Leykaul – Küchelscheid and cycle south to the village of Champagne. On the program are amongst others fens and witnesses of a fascinating railway past. You pass several villages where you can buy something to eat and drink (Sourbrodt, Weywertz, Nidrum).
For 15 km you ride on the traffic-free and flat RAVeL. The other 31 km are low-traffic, but hilly.
Tipp
Between nodes 81 and 56 the route is unpaved. In rainy weather it can be muddy here. There is a shorter alternative: at the little square in Gueuzaine (Champagne is behind you) turn left immediately instead of following node 81. You continue straight on until you reach the bench with the sign indicating the direction to junction 56.
