Bütgenbach – Spa via RAVeL L45 and L44

Spa and Bütgenbach are connected through the RAVeL network. To ride to Spa, you bridge about 300 altitude metres and descend twice as much.

You ride on two lines of the RAVeL: L45 and L44. During this route, you have plenty to look forward to: plenty of artworks, beautiful nature, lovely places. To take a terrace in Malmedy or Stavelot, you have to leave the RAVeL. The centre is about 1 km from the RAVeL.

The RAVeL route is very well signposted: you can be guided by the signposts ‘Waimes – Malmedy – Stavelot – Spa’ or by the cycle nodes:

Cycle node 18 is located at the former Bütgenbach train station. Cycle node 69 is located at the still operational station of Spa.
